Purchase Policy

  • Payment methods – Visa, Mastercard, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank wire transfer.
  • Purchases over $10,000 must be paid via bank wire transfer only – No Exceptions.

Shipping Policy

  • All purchases will be shipped after we receive payment in full.
  • Currently we are only accepting orders from the Continental USA 48 States. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us first before making a purchase.
  • All instruments will ship via UPS ground, delivery is usually around 3-5 business days.
  • Orders will be shipped generally between Monday – Friday.
  • Guitars and Basses will be shipped at a flat rate cost of $150.
  • Telstar Vintage Guitars is not responsible for lost packages after they leave our location.

Return Policy

  • We give buyers a 48 hours approval return window. This window starts on the arrival date of the instrument to the buyer.
  • All returns must be approved by Telstar Vintage Guitars.
  • Returns are accepted on all instruments, but must be initiated within the 48 hours approval return window. Buyer is fully responsible for the instrument during the 48 hours approval window.
  • Instruments must be returned in the same exact condition as it was when it was shipped to the buyer, with all the original shipping packaging.
  •  Any damage, modifications, or tampering to the instrument will void any eligibility for a return – No Exceptions 
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Instruments must be shipped back to us via the same shipping service, or a service that is comparable.
  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded on returns.
